Liberty Avenue Coalition
The Liberty Avenue Coalition is a collective of Downtown Pittsburgh building owners working together to advance the revitalization of Liberty Avenue, the Cultural District and the greater Golden Triangle.
The Coalition advocates for policies and initiatives that encourage the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of obsolete historic buildings, attract high-quality retail and businesses, improve public safety and the pedestrian experience, and seek to remove regulatory barriers that impede investment and economic development in the Golden Triangle.
Through collaboration with City and County government, public agencies, non-profits, businesses, and community partners, we are working to create a safer, more residential, more vibrant and economically successful Downtown Pittsburgh.
